Chronology of cameras Balda

The Jubilette Balda Werke in Dresden (Germany), was implemented to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Balda in 1938 (hence the name ... ... Jubilette Jubilee). It is the economic model of the Balda range of time.
This rather compact folding, has a Compur shutter offering from 1s to 1/300 sec. plus B and T exposures and a Meyer Görlitz Trioplan 5 cm 1: F2.9 lens. Types of lenses equipping the Jubilette are various depending on the series. One can find 5 cm F2.9 Baltar and 5 cm F2.9 Friedrich Corygon.

The back of the device is equipped with a depth of field table.

The unit is a 135 film format and so it is provided with a counter.
The film advance is by a wheel with automatic stop on the format (24 x 36) and a manual release to advance to the next view, acting as security against the double-exposure.

The cocking of the Compur is located on the shutter block.
