This camera was manufactured for Carena by the Chinese Phoenix Optical Co. The model nearest in this manufacturer is Phoenix CD 303K, but it has a dating back.
The marking of the lens is unambiguous. In passing, red marking on the lens makes me think of certain pieces of junks like Comax or Esc.
The lens is with mounting K
It is about a semi-automatic camera where the adjustment is assisted by green and red LED in the viewfinder.
The purchase was reasonable in term of price and the access to the immense range of the lens with mounting Pentax K was a serious selling argument.
