Chronology of cameras Canon
The Canon EX EE does not have a fully interchangeable lens, but adopts the system pioneered by the Zeiss Contaflex in 1956. The front element of the standard lens (1.8/50 mm) is removable, leaving the three rear elements in place. There is then a choice of three supplementary lenses which can be screwed on, giving a 3,5/35 mm, a 3,5/ 95 mm or a 3,5/125 mm combination.
It is a speed priority, but disengageable.
It has the device of loading Quick Loading.
The aperture goes from 1.8 to 16. Speeds of the shutter go from 1/8 to 1/500 + the B pose. the adjustment of sensitivity goes from 25 to 800 ASA.
This reflex camera is the older brother of Canon EX Auto QL.
