Tranduction de Alphonse Khuu

This compact camera uses the APS size film; hence its 3.5/28mm lens is not a wide angle, but the equivalent of a 35mm lens in 24 x 36mm.
Its design is very plain, and the front is almost flat, except for a slight embossing which provides an excellent grip. Similarly, at the rear, a second embossing can rest your thumb.

On the rear is a LCD and command buttons: the choice of the flash mode, overexposure of 1.5 IL, the setting of the autofocus on infinity and slow shutter speed (1/15 or 1/30). Two keys (Set and Print) allow to set the time and date and to place more than 80 different messages (in thirteen languages) on the shots.
A cursor can select one of three sizes allowed by the APS.

The exposure is scheduled from 3 seconds to 1/500 per sec. The calculation of exposure is very good and the camera perfectly gets out of situations of strong backlighting.
This camera cost 990 francs.
