The meaning search of the logo on the hood of this camera may be a problem. It can be understood as SHD or SDH. Fortunately after a long search about how to open* this camera, it was discovered within it, on the film plate, the following lettering: "SHD Paris 106, Rue Lafayette". This helps to put forward the search. Thanks to Arnaud Saudax, an ad (below) finally clarifies on the Société d'Horlogerie from Doubs.
All the lower part of the camera is common with the one of the Ajax III S. Only the lens differs by name, in the case of the D'Assas, an Alsar 3.5/75mm, while on the Ajax, it is a Boyer Topaz with the same maximum aperture and same focal length.
* The opening is done by sliding from right to left a barrette located on the back of the camera.
