Chronology of cameras Demaria-Lapierre
History of the brand Demaria-Lapierre New window

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand.

It is the version with finder folding and objective Manar. Telka XX also exists with finder incorporated in the cap which then is not black any more, but chrome. The first member of the Telka family was the III, left in 1948 to commemorate the 100 years of the mark. This 6 X 9 had such a success (normal when quality is there) that Demaria Lapierre decided to alter its range of Dehel in a series of Telka. Telka X (basic), then Telka XX enriched this series. It was going to continue until 1960 with Telka II, Telka Sport etc… The whole of the cameras of the mark is worthy of collection.
Telka XX is much less luxurious than Telka I. The leather of garnishing is replaced by a fabric imitating leather. The angles of the case chrome, but are not painted in black.
