The versions numbering has been taken from "La Photo toute simple" published by the Nièpce Lumière Club.
The first version of the Elite-Fex camera is recognized by its flat cover over the extinction type light meter and by the fact that the lens is those of the Ultra-Fex.
The shutter triggering button is flat and it is impossible to screw a cable release.
The flash sync socket is two-pin type and there is no accessory shoe.
