History of the brand Kodak

On this kind of folding camera, starting to operate is done in two steps: lowering the bed, and then you pull the lens holder along rails placed on the bed. The distance setting is rather approximate since it consists of three slots blocking the lens stand more or less away from the film plane. The three notches correspond to focusing at 30, 8 and 2.5 meters.
For the exposure, there are two speeds (1/25 and 1/50) and the diaphragm apertures are from 6.3 to 32.
For the replacement of the film, the whole camera front is removed, defined by the metal frame on the body and a new roll is inserted in the body.
It is the "discount" version the N°2 Folding Autographic Brownie.
