History of the brand Asahi Bussan New window

The dealer Candid Camera Supply Co. chose several times Asahi Bussan and its Olympics as supplier. We saw it with the Olympic Mod.C.
Except a bakelite building and the three lenses Ukas 50mm optics, the Super Olympic has few common things with this last camera.
Contrary to the Olympic C and even if it has the same type of engraved ring, the Super Olympic D has a fixed lens not telescopic and also a removable back and not on hinges.

This camera has an historitical interest, its first release, fights with the Hansa Canon for the title of first japanese camera using 35 mm film.
