Chronology of cameras Agfa
Agfa introduced its three SLR cameras at the 1980 Photokina. They were manufactured by Chinon, based on a very strict set of specifications provided by Agfa. While the three models partially incorporated the technology of three Chinon models, their designs were specific to Agfa. Additionally, they featured technical characteristics unique to Agfa, such as the orange dot sensor shutter release, a distinctive hallmark.
The Selectronic 3 was the most advanced of the three cameras presented simultaneously. It was an automatic camera with aperture priority that could be switched to manual mode.
