Le Doppel-Box (Doppel pour double) a la rare particularité d'avoir une seconde molette sur le coté, identique à celle qui permet d'avancer le film. Avec celle-ci, l'utilisation est tout autre. En la tournant, un mécanisme déplace à l'intérieur de la chambre noire un cache permettant de changer le format du négatif.
