History of the brand Minolta New window

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand

60's Minolta (called today Compact) have all an air of family which gives confidence. It is true for the series of Al, Hi-matic or Minoltina.

This one is the AL-F. From 1968, this 35 mm is equipped with a rangefinder and a CdS cell whose window is hardly visible in the higher part of the Rokkor 2,7/38 lens. It is about a speed priority. The aperture obtained (2,7 to 22) is indicated by a needle in the finder.
According to the Natkin catalog of 1970, it was worth 626 francs.
