Mackenstein Francia Pliante série VIIIb
Mackenstein Francia Pliante Série VIIIb 9x12

This strut folding camera is a rebranded Wünsche Victrix no. 620 and was delivered by Mackenstein as the Francia Pliante Série VIIIb between 1905 and 1910. The camera seems to have no significant modifications from the original Wünsche except the plate with the name Mackenstein. The body is covered by black leatherette and the front standard is finished in polished black wood. The camera is designed for 9 x 12 cm plates.

The shutter is a Wünsche self-capped focal plane delivering speeds in the range of 1 to 1/1000 seconds plus P.  The lens is a Goerz Dopp. Anastigmat Serie III Dagor with 120mm of focal length and maximum aperture of 6.8. The lensboard has vertical and horizontal movements.
