Argus A

The Argus A was manufactured from 1936 to 1941. It is a device made from bakelite (black, but sometimes brown or gray), except that the back is made of metal. The lens is mounted on a retractable spring-mounted tube.
Nearly impossible to find in France, this device is quite common in the USA.
In 1941, this unit was costing $ 10.
