History of the brand Yashica

Traduction de Manuel M
Kyocera is a Japanese group… with the Japanese style. I.e. that under an unique name, a multiplicity of activities are gathered (instruments of cooking, telecoms, pens, electronics, chemistry, printing etc…). There is however a common point in a great number of productions Kyocera, it is the use of ceramic. The group started in 1959, at Kyoto, as ceramic] manufacturer. In full diversification, the Kyocera group merges with Yashica in October 1983. Since, the Yashica cameras bears also the Kyocera logo.
The features are those of a “normal” compact camera of end of the year 80/at the beginning of 90.
The typography of the word Yashica in gilded, and the name of the model in red correspond to a style deployed on the whole of its cameras around 1990.
