De par sa ressemblance avec le Regula Diplomat-C, on sait que ce Revue-Standard a été fabriqué par Regula, sans connaître vraiment le modèle original.
Curieusement et contrairement à ce qui se passe sur beaucoup de modèle Revue, la marque de l'objectif a été complètement masquée.
