Chronology of cameras Zeiss Ikon
There are two Suevia models differing in the level of equipment.
The one with the "23" code only exists in wood and is equipped with lenses with maximum aperture often of f/11, and at best of f/6.8. Their shutter is often single-speed (1/25), even if it also exists with a Derval one.
The one with "24" code is available in wood or metal and benefits from lenses with maximum apertures of f/11, f/6.8 or f/6.3. In this case, the shutter is a Derval.
These two levels of equipment have coexisted throughout this model career.
The production having ended in March 1928, one can note that Photo-Porst had the model available for sale until 1929.
