Chronology of cameras Canon

The J of the name of this camera means “Jet”, you will thus find this camera with this name according to the market and the moment.
In November 1985, Phot' Argus, at the time of the Photography Show, made of it the presentation under this name of Jet, whereas it is not much used in Europe. In the United States, it is called “Sprint” and in Japan “Autoboy Lite”.
It is about an improvement of Snappy S. It is distinguished from this one by an auto-focus with memorizing from the focusing by the shutter release. It also has a macro button, which makes it possible to photograph to 45 cm. In this case, it is the belt which is used for to measure the distance.
The lens is one 3,5/35 mm, with a minimum focusing of 90 centimetres (or 45 with the flash).
