Chronology of cameras Konica
History of the brand Konica New window

The Koni-Omega 200 was marketed from 1973 to 1980 and uses the format 120 (or 220) depending on the type of used back (the back is removable, it is the same as the "Koni-Omegaflex M") to provide ten shots at 6 x 7 cm format on 120 film and twice on film 220. cocking the shutter is coupled with the windind of the film that is done by pulling and pushing back the metal strip which is incorporated on each back.
The camera has a coupled rangefinder, the viewfinder automatically correcting the parallax depending on the distance of focus. The lenses are interchangeable. The standard lens is a Super Omegon 1: 3.5  90 mm. Other focal lengths are available: 58 mm (for use with a dedicated viewfinder), 135 mm, 180 mm. All lenses are equipped with a central shutter reaching 1/500 second with flash sync M or X and an integrated sun shade.
This camera was mostly used by professionals across the Atlantic photographers (weddings, industrial photos, ...). It is not very common in France and some lenses are difficult to  find.
