Chronology of cameras Ernemann
This Klapp from Ernemann correspond to the 1911 model with an evolution of the shutter system before the transition to the two large wheels of the post 1920 models.
As always with Ernemann, we find here a superb manufacturing quality and a strong sense of solidity.
The compactness of this camera made me think first that it was the model "Miniatur," but this is definitely a format 6.5 x 9 cm.
The lens is a Zeiss Tessar 12 cm with a 4.5 aperture. The fastest shutter speed would be 1/2500 , but the indications appearing on the adjustment knobs do not allow a clear reading of these performances.
