Chronology of cameras Kodak

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand.

This large box of size 616 was manufactured in the United States between 1938 and 1942. It is built very firmly made of metal.
The finder makes all the depth of the camera. The small visible cursor on the right of the lens makes it possible to choose between an instant and the time exposure. That located under the lens moves a front lens for the closer photographs (6 to 15 feet). Because of its shape of cone, the camera cannot hold vertically. On the right side of the camera a small folding crutch is which catches up with the variation of the cone when one wishes to pose it vertically.

Price in the USA in 1941: $4,25 ($3,75 for the 620)
