Chronology of cameras Certo

The Certosport is a fully metallic camera, available in 6.5 x 9 or 9 x 12 cm formats.

It features double extension and both shifts, including vertical shift controlled by a micrometer screw. Its leather covering, skin bellows, and black enameled aluminum flap make it a beautiful camera.

In 1931, in its catalog, the optician Boyer offered no less than 15 variants of the Certosport for each of the two formats. Only lenses from the brand were offered (Topaz, Saphir, Beryl) with a choice of either a French shutter (Gitzo) or a German shutter (Ibsor or Compur).

German distributors, on their part, offered other 100% German combinations.

When all these are added together, there are dozens of variants of the Certosport that can be found.
