This metal box camera is special because a cursor positioned beside the former point of fastener of the handle, makes it possible to move in-house the light unit and thus to ensure an setting of distance. The plate beside the cursor carries the inscriptions “Near, portrait, distant”, in French.
The pull knob which one slightly sees left at the top the camera makes it possible to choose one of the three diaphragms: f.11, f.16 or f.22.
