Chronology of cameras Kodak
Traduction de Sylvain Halgand.
This Bullet should not be confused with Brownie Bullet later. Here, it is not a question of Brownie! This small 127 (4 X 6 1/2 cm) of 1936 is characteristic of the Kodak design service of the time. There is an air of family with the Baby Brownie and unquestionable Bantam.
Bullet is very simple. Its lens is assembled on a helicoid slope, at the end of which the shutter release is. As on the Baby Brownie (Export) a pull knob makes it possible to choose between the instantaneous mode and the exposure. The finder, folding stool, are very rudimentary. The button of advance of film is under the camera (very annoying to present it in a window!!).
This camera was worth 102 francs in March 1940 ( Photo-Plait catalogs). In the United States, it was sold, in 1941, 2 dollars.
