This plastic compact camera was presented at the time of the PMA of Las Vegas, in 1985. It was available in France as from August 1985. Its Japanese name is Fuji Picpal.
Phot' Argus presented it in the n°136 like one motorized, but had to hasten to make a corrective measure as of the n°137, because this camera is simply equipped with a serrated roller located in advance on the back face and with a crank of rewinding.
The lens 34mm, F 4,5, allow a focusing following four zones. The red button on the right of the lens makes it possible to regulate the distance (reference mark: 1m, 1,5m, 3m and infinite) located in lower part, and repetition above by pictograms (portrait, character, group and landscape). The lens is protected by a shutter with 2 plates (order in bottom) which is also used as safety against inopportune releases.
A cursor located below the lens allows the adjustment of the sensitivity which is posted above (100, 200 and 400 Iso).
The finder is clear and a red diode indicates under-exposure. The witness of recycling of the flash is finder on the left.
The shutter has a fixed speed of 1/100 of second.
Powered by two piles type AA.
From its simplicity, it is about an excellent camera of initiation for the children.
