Chronology of cameras Jougla
The Sinnox of Jougla is a device of great originality regarding its loading mode.
Six plates stuck on a sheet of black paper are contained inside a sealed cardboard box, which opens out like a drawer. Each paper includes a tongue made fabric in which is planted a needle after being introduced into one of the six holes in another drawer attached to the camera.
Drawing this one, we move from one to five plates according to the position of the needle, the others remaining at the bottom of the camera.
The front of the camera, with the optical block, gives a pressure on the surface of the upper plate by means of a spring.
Shooting must be done with the drawer open, which does not seems practical.
Meniscus type lens, Junior Wollensak shutter from Rochester TB and I, trigger actuated by finger or bulb.
