Chronology of cameras Gomz
This is the first model in a long series to come, this is why the "1" does not appear next to the word "Smena".
As those who will succeed it, the bakelite case is very well made, and even pretty.
If it used 35 mm film to give 24 x 36 views , it does not accept 135 cartridges but two specific cassettes. One is emptied while the other fills. There is therefore no need to rewind.
The frame counter is the disproportionate dial located on top of the unit. You'd see a compass.
The lens and the shutter derive directly from those of the Lubitel.
