L'Edixa II-L conserve l'allure générale et le dessin du capot commun aux Edixa II. La couronne qui entoure l'obturateur sur les Edixa II disparaît, remplacée par un "doigt", portant le logo AGC, qui facilite la mise au point.
L'armement nécessite une double action sur le levier et la présence d'une pellicule dans l'appareil.
