Starting again the characteristics of the version of 1955, whose cups of black color bordering the synchro-Flash sockets, the identification of this series is facilitated by particular inscriptions in frontage:
* “System Exa” on the front,
* “Rheinmetall Sömmerda” above the lens,
* “VEB” on the unlocking button of the viewfinder
Presented here with a prism viewfinder one generally meets it with a sight of chest being marked “Rheinmetall”.
