Chronology of cameras Central-Photo

With such limited description and an imprecise image as provided by the Central Photo catalog from 1939, it's challenging to say much about this model.

In such cases, one must rely on observation. For instance, the shape of the struts resembles some Wirgin camera models like the Auta or Presto, but on the other hand, the shape of the stand is not found among these models and resembles those of Foth cameras (which have different bellows). The shape of the body is also worth considering, as both ends are perfectly rounded. Finally, the wheel is located on the right (which I do not find on Wirgin cameras).

Until more information is available, I will consider Wirgin as the manufacturer of this camera.
