Chronology of cameras Huttig
This beautiful folding plate camera is really thin (when folded). The support of the U-shaped shutter / lens assembly is decorated with little punched marks. The mechanics are very well adjusted. Thus, the height of the vertical shift is controlled by small parts locking onto a rack. These small parts have finger rest for ease of use. A spirit level allows to position the camera horizontally. The bellows are made of beautiful leather. The set is quite luxurious.
Ideal is engraved on the leather handle. This name is used by several cameras of this brand.
