Le Closter IIB est presque indentique au Closter IIA mais n'a pas le même objectif. Le sien est plus lumineux et ne nécessite pas une avance manuelle du bloc optique. La mise au point est possible de 80 cm à l'infini.
Il n'y a pas de sécurité contre la double exposition.
