Chronology of cameras Zeiss Ikon
The Erabox is a simplified Box-Tengor (54). Like it, it uses 120 film and produces 4.5 x 6 cm negatives, but it is more rudimentary, having only one speed and unique aperture. The Erabox is also available in 6 x 9 cm format. Both models have the front face with the hexagon.
Zeiss Ikon produced other box camera models similar to the Erabox, under the names of Baldur (51) and Balilla (sale in Italy).
* the nomenclature of the Zeiss Ikon box cameras is as follows: a code without "/" is 4.5 x 6 cm. A "/ 2" indicates a 6 x 9 cm. A "/ 14" indicates a 5 x 7.5 cm. one "/ 15" a 6.5 x 11 cm and one "/ 18" a 3 x 4 cm. Some models do not have this code.
