Chronology of cameras Zimmermann
Zimmermann cameras are very simple in their manufacture and use. They have few settings: aperture choice (from f/7.7 to f/16) and shutter speed selection. It seems there is no focusing adjustment.
The Luxette S has flash synchronisation (hence the 'S'), which differentiates it from the Luxette.
This brand is rare in France ; Dacora, a contemporary brand offering some equally simple models, is more widespread.
