Chronology of cameras BLUEsky
The BLUEsky brand was registered by Carrefour France on September 21, 1993. Since then, it has been renewed several times. It applies to various products and services, including cameras.
Unlike other retailers, the brand is applied to entry-level camera that have no equivalent in other "major" brands. Identical camera can be found under other retailer brands or used as promotional gifts.
The bluesky brand has been registered multiple times with various typographies, but Carrefour consistently uses it with "BLUE" in uppercase and "sky" in lowercase, without a space between the two parts.
The BLUEsky FF 102 is a low-quality compact camera sold in Carrefour stores, packaged in blister packaging with two batteries and a film roll. It features a panorama mode, which, for once, does not require opening the camera (and thus changing the film) to be used. A small slider located at the top of the camera allows you to move the shutters that mask the top and bottom of the negative, simulating a panoramic effect. The manufacturer likely has no brand of its own and is merely a plastic manufacturing factory.
