This "tourist" camera is found in the Manufrance catalogs of the beginning of the 20th century.

The shutter is curtain with a single slot. The tension for the speed adjustment is made by means of a knob which acts on a spring in a drum at one end of the curtain; The cocking is made at the other end of this curtain by a wing knob .
