Chronology of cameras Sakar
Sakar International is a manufacturer of consumer electronics that has been in existence for over 30 years. Its headquarters are located in New Jersey (as of 2022). It also serves as a distributor for many brands. In 2008, when Vivitar ceased to exist, Sakar International acquired the Vivitar brand, expanding its presence in the photography market.
__________Le SL-90MD a été fabriqué à Shangai, en Chine, ainsi qu'il est indiqué dans le mémo-film sur la porte arrière. C'est un appareil simple que l'on a l'impression de connaître depuis plus de 20 ans. L'ensemble est correct, mais les matériaux sont moyens. Le capot semble être en plastique qui ne résisterait pas au moindre choc.
Le viseur est terne et on y voit de grands cercles concentriques. Pas terrible !
L'objectif a été fabriqué en Corée. La monture est une Minolta MD, ce qui explique sans doute la fin du nom du modèle.
