Le corps de l'appareil est en aluminium recouvert de maroquin. La mise au point se fait grâce à une échelle graduée double, permettant d'utiliser des plaques ou une pellicule. La visée peut se faire à l'aide d'un viseur clair pivotant ou d'un viseur iconomètre à oeilleton. L'utilisation de plaques nécessite un adaptateur au format 9 x 12. On dispose d'un écrou au pas du congrès.
