Chronology of cameras Polaroid
With its Millennium Falcon design, the PDC-2000 does not go unnoticed. It is also a precursor, almost a dinosaur of the digital age. Its performance is of course very limited. There are few settings. The objective is fixed and it is necessary to use an additional lens (equiv. 60 mm) to modify the focal length. Internal memory is limited. As it is not expandable, it is upon purchase that you must choose the storage capacity of the camera: PDC-2000/40 for 40 images, PDC-2000/60 for 60 images and PDC-2000 /T without internal memory.
In the technical characteristics, terms date from another time, such as the SCSI-2 interface, which was the fastest at the time, long before USB became widespread.
It wasn't shocking at the time, but it's quite chunky and meant to be held with two hands.
