The Canon Snappy S is the fix-focus version of Canon AF-35 Jet, also presented in France, at the time of the 39th international exhibition of Photo Video Cinema.
The lens is a 35mm/F. 4,5 ensuring a zone of clearness of 1,5 meter ad infinitum. This compact have an integrated motor ensuring the loading, the advance and the rewinding of film. Coding DX ensures a safety of exposure (100 and 400 Iso).
Contrary to the AF-35 Jet, Snappy S has a rotary shutter for the protection of its lens. On the 35 Jet, the shutter is sliding laterally.
It has a built-in flash.
Two piles 1,5 volt (size AAA), ensure an autonomy of about fifty films 24 sigviewshts.
This camera, which aimed at the customers of the teenagers, exists in at least, four colors: red brick, green mint, yellow canary and black.
