La Century Graphic est une version simplifiée de la Pacemaker. Comme celle-ci, elle n'a pas d'obturateur à rideau. L'obturateur central ne permet qu'une gamme restreinte de vitesses. Il n'y a pas de déclencheur sur le corps. Celui-ci n'est pas en bois, mais en matière plastique. Le bloc objectif / obturateur est fixé sur une planchette amovible.
Le dos avec verre dépoli, prévu pour les châssis double face pour plan film 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 est également amovible grâce au système Graflok, il peut être remplacé par un dos recevant les bobines 120 (Graphic 23 : 8 vues 2 ¼ x 3 ¼ ; RH/10 : 10 vues 6 x 7)
La correction de la parallaxe se fait sur l'oculaire du viseur optique.
