Avec le Micromégas modèle C, la détermination se complique car il existe en deux versions : format 9 x 12 ou format 10 x 15.

Son intérêt outre son format potentiellement plus grand que les modèles A, A bis et B, c'est qu'il permet le double tirage. Sa finition est moins luxueuse que le modèle B, car il est en bois noir, mais son soufflet est en peau. Le viseur est doté d'un cache pare-soleil et d'un niveau à bulle.

Son obturateur Ibso est évolué et l'acheteur peut choisir entre plusieurs objectifs, le plus basique étant l'Aplanétique 1/2 Grand-Angle Hermagis ouvrant à 7.
