Traduction de Ian Seymour,
It is difficult to categorise the Popular Twelve, a simple box camera which aspires to be a twin lens reflex.
The use of Bakelite allowed the designers' imagination to run wild, resulting in a most singular camera in which complex form takes no account of function.
The shutter release is located at an inconvenient and uncomfortable position, there is only one speed (plus T for time exposure ) and the lens has fixed focus. But at least the reflex finder permits fairly accurate framing
