L'Ikoflex Ib amène quelques perfectionnements au Ia. Le dépoli du viseur a une lentille de Fresnel. Il ya également un viseur sportif et une loupe de mise au point. Il y a aussi une protection contre les double-expositions et un compteur de vues. Le modèle disparait en 1958. Il ne restera alors parmi les Ikoflex I que le Ic (jusqu'en 1960)
