Le Tropen Deckrullo-Nettel est la version tropicalisée du Deckrullo-Nettel. En France, à l'époque, on disait "coloniale". Le bois utilisé pour la fabrication est du teck, essence imputrescible et ne se déformant pas. Les pièces métalliques sont également traitées contre l'oxydation. Le cuir du soufflet est tanné spécifiquement.
