Chronology of cameras Zeiss Ikon

The Ikoflex Ia was the successor to the pre-war Ikoflex I (850/16). It is distinguished from it by the decoration of the front part, but especially by the adoption of the shutter Prontor-SV, allowing the use of any type of flash.
The taking lens is a 3.5 / 75mm Zeiss-Opton Tessar. The viewing lens is a 3.5 / 75mm Teronat Anastigmat.
Focusing is done by the large dial at left hand. The dial on the right is used for advancing the film which automatically stops without having to watch a red window on the back.
Although built between 1951 and 1955, this copy has not lost any of its splendour. Aesthetically, it's just as it came out of the factory and everything seems to work.
