It would appears that the designer of this camera set himself the challenge of making the smallest possible camera, but ran into trouble with the size of the shutter. The shutter has been taken out of the body and looks like an extension. The shutter can also be removed. The objective is a simple optical lens attached to the body, and can be found at the end of the small tube.
The camera is entirely made of metal, and the build is rather crude. The shutter allows an approximate 1/25th of a second exposure time. I could not determine the type of film required by this camera, possibly some type of 16mm from an unknown vendor.
There are at least two variants of this camera which can be distinguished according to the viewfinder: A folding frame, or tubular (pictured)
