Chronology of cameras Argus

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand

C4 does not form part of the series of the “Bricks” C2 and C3. It is much rounder. Its body results from those of the line A3, A2. It is provided with a rangefinder. The graduated and notched ring which surrounds the window of the rangefinder and allows the coupling of the rangefinder with the setting of distance points out that which one finds on bricks.
Its lens is Cintar 2,8/50 mm which one will find on Autronic I. Certains C4 were modified to be able to use various lenses. It is not the case of that presented here.

C4 was manufactured 1951 to 1957.
