Chronology of cameras Ouyama - New Taiwan Photographic Corporation
Ouyama is also known as New Taiwan Photographic Corporation (NTPC). Like those of Formosa Plastics Corporation (FPC), NTPC's products are plastic, of poor quality (from a photographic perspective), and are found under multiple names, often used as promotional gifts. The Canomatic is representative of this manufacturer. It appears that FPC manufactured for NTPC.
The other products can be grouped into several types:

__________
These Taiwanese junk camera being fascinating, as their designers have put ingenuity into deceiving potential buyers.
The DV-360F is a good example. Its name evokes video (DV = Digital Video) when there is absolutely no possibility of shooting video with this camera. The large rectangular part next to the lens suggests an autofocus motor when there isn't one at all. The window above the lens suggests it's a zoom when there isn't one...
There are two viewfinders. The direct viewfinder, visible on the right, might serve some purpose. The second viewfinder, chest-mounted, is located on the large rectangular part. The window is next to the flash. Of course, it's not upright, and the image is reversed left/right.
Adding to all this, there are the usual tricks like lead weights in the base to make it heavier and look more serious.
1 This window displays one of three aperture values f/4.5, f/6.8, or f/15 because there is actually a diaphragm of the eyelid type!
