Chronology of cameras Ricoh
History of the brand Ricoh

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand.
The GX is an evolution of Ricoh 500 G.
The differences between the two cameras are:
- the addition of a battery test (red lamp)
- the addition of a signal of armament of the shutter
- the addition of a film loaded signal
- the possibility of multi-exposure
- a shutter lock
This coupled rangefinder camera has a filled well finder, since one finds marks there to avoid the errors of parallax. On the right side, it there a aperture scale, with a needle. At the ends of the scale, are the red zones of under and over-exposure . One finds there also the witness of load of the pile. A letter M appears there when the automatism is disconnected.
